What is the minimum order quantity?
Orders start from 100 pieces. The applicable minimum depends on the selected specification and quantities per design; confirm it in your quote.
Can I order several artwork versions?
Yes. Provide a SKU list with dimensions, filename, revision and quantity for each design. Confirm which brand elements are shared and which wording changes.
Can you help if my artwork is not ready?
Free design support and a digital proof are available. Send your logo, approved wording and a description or reference for the design you want.
Which label material should I choose?
Start with the container surface, application temperature, exposure and handling. Compare material and finish options and test a sample on the actual package.

What should I check in a digital proof?
Check dimensions, text, logo placement, color references, die-cut outline and any QR or variable data. Approve the correct revision for each design.
What should I check on the sample?
Check size, seam position, appearance, adhesion, readability and code scanning on the intended package. Include exposure or removal tests required for your project.
How long do samples and production take?
Typical sample preparation is approximately 1–2 days and bulk production approximately 10–12 days, subject to project confirmation and approved artwork. Shipping time is separate.
Can labels be supplied for machine application?
Discuss rolls and provide the applicator requirements, including core size, unwind direction, gap and roll limits before confirming production.
DOCUMENTATION & DELIVERY

Can you supply QR codes or serial numbers?
Discuss placement, numbering format and data. A printed QR code requires a scan destination; any separate authentication database or verification service must be scoped independently.
Can you provide material declarations or test reports?
Tell us which documents your buyer requires. Confirm availability, the covered material or construction and report scope before ordering.
Who approves regulatory product wording?
Customers or their qualified advisers provide and approve the required product information. RP Labels supports label printing and artwork production.
How do I request an overseas shipping estimate?
Include your delivery country, quantities, supply format and target date in the enquiry. The project quote confirms shipping arrangements and estimates.
