Plan around the bottle and application method

Share the bottle material, diameter or circumference, usable labeling height and whether the label is applied by hand or machine. For machine-applied rolls, provide the applicator requirements, including unwind direction, core size and roll limits before confirming production.

Make information readable

Send the approved wording and layout requirements for the Supplement Facts area, ingredients, barcode, QR code and other required information. Space should be reserved around machine-readable codes, and printed samples should be checked using the intended scanner.

Coordinate multiple SKUs

Provide a SKU list with the size, artwork version and quantity for each design. Identify shared elements and variable text to reduce version mix-ups. Confirm each digital proof before production.

Choose a finish for the intended use

Discuss matte, gloss and waterproof options. Share handling and moisture conditions, container material and desired visual appearance. Request a sample to review the finish and adhesion on the actual bottle.
